How Do We Obtain An Estimate?

The process begins with a phone call or email. Our friendly and knowledgeable estimator will talk with you briefly about the project and most likely request architectural drawings. Our estimators are all former installers who know the reality (not just paper drawings) of sprinkler designs. We will research the fire codes of your location, obtain specifications, and listen closely to you. After we have collected all our data we will prepare a written quote that lists what is included and excluded so that you, our customer, can make an informed decision. Many business owners want the lowest possible bid and especially in these economic times it is more than understandable. Fontaine Fire is competitive but we will not sacrifice quality. When you ask for an estimate you can rest assured that any work performed will meet that bid amount and the work will be performed timely.
